• Social media interactions — when you comment on, react to, mention, or send a direct message to one of our social media accounts, the platform shares with us your public profile name and handle, and the content of your comment or message, so that we can read and respond to it.
• Basic usage information — standard technical details (such as the pages you visit on our website) that help us keep our services working and secure.

How we use information

• To read and respond to your comments, messages, questions, and requests.
• To follow up with you about an inquiry or a service you asked about.
• To provide, maintain, and improve our services.
• To keep our systems secure and to prevent spam, fraud, or abuse.

How replies on social media work

We use software that helps our team read incoming comments and messages on our own social media accounts and prepare replies. A member of our team reviews replies before they are sent. We only access activity on accounts we own or are authorized to manage, and only to respond to the people who contacted us.

Accounts you connect and authorize

Some of our services help a business owner manage their own social media presence. When an account owner explicitly connects their Instagram or Facebook account and authorizes us, we access the comments and direct messages on that account — along with the basic public profile details (such as names and handles) of the people who leave them — so our system can help the owner read and respond to those messages. We only access accounts an owner has connected and authorized, and only for that purpose. Data from a connected account is stored encrypted and kept scoped to the account that authorized it — it is not combined with, or exposed to, any other account. An owner can disconnect at any time from their dashboard, which immediately stops all further access. To delete data we have already stored, see our Data Deletion Request page.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not transfer it to third parties for their own independent use. Information from social media accounts — including comments and messages on accounts an owner connects — is never sold or transferred, never used for advertising, and never used to train machine-learning models. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate (for example, the social media platforms themselves, our email and messaging providers, and our secure hosting and AI providers), and only as needed to deliver our services. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it. When you ask us to delete data we hold about you, we do so within 30 days and confirm when it is done. Your choices and your right to deletion

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. To make a request — including a request to delete your data — email [email protected] with the subject line Data Request, and we will respond promptly. You can also remove your own comments or messages on a social media platform at any time using that platform's tools.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
